Invoice requirements
Shipments will be withheld in Hamburg if the supplier has not provided the same information to the shipping company, as stated in the invoice. There are mainly challenges with the HS Code, the product description and the number of packages.
The result are delays and unnecessary costs for all parties. The supplier has to be required to include the following in invoices for Denmark.
Invoice requirements for customs clearance in Denmark:
- The seller's name and address.
- The buyer's name and address.
- Place and date of invoice preparation.
- Package number, kind, brands and numbers.
- Precise description of the product, indicating quality, design number and net quantity for each item.
- Price indicated for each item line.
- Country of origin specified for each item line.
- HS code specified for each item line.
- Incoterms (delivery terms).
- AOB. discounts or other that may affect the price of the product.

In addition, We can keep accounts of your private bonded warehouse. Using a bonded warehouse presents the following advantages that can be of importance for your company:

- By keeping your goods in a bonded warehouse and deferring the payment of customs duties, VAT and other charges, you can improve your company's liquidity
- You can choose to use our public bonded warehouse and the following advantages it offers: No obligation for accounting, no risk with regard to SKAT (the Danish tax authorities), etc.
